About the Artist
Rich Agness
Rich Agness’s interest in clay began in high school. After receiving his art degree from Lawrence University, he became a high school art teacher. Later, he returned to his alma mater and served as a Dean of Students, Athletic Director, and football coach. In 1992 he fulfilled his dream of becoming a full time clay artist and opened his studio, “Clay Heaven.”
