You're Invited! Annual Gala, 13 Years in Business

Plum Bottom Gallery invites you o our annual Summer Gala, Saturday, July 13, 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Don’t miss their biggest event of the summer celebrating 13 years of art excellence in Door County. Come to the gallery on Plum Bottom Road to hob and nob with our artists, fellow art lovers, and eat great food. We are featuring the latest work artists including resident artists Chad Luberger, Angela Olson Luberger, and Mary White as well as new artists Lizbeth Quebe and Mike Judy. 

Ikebana by Chad Luberger Chad Luberger has been busy at work creating a new work for the gala! Be the first to see the newest collection of wall flowers! Start your own collection of these one of a kind porcelain wall sculptures. The gala will have other fresh-out-of-the-kiln collection that includes pieces with his Door County Ash glaze in blue and grey, which is mixed with ash from trees cut down on the property. Bring a piece of Door County into your home with a bowl or vase.

Spinner Ring by Angela Olson Luberger Angela Olson-Luberger will be featuring her newest collection of silversmithing work including her amazingly popular spinner rings. She hasn’t neglected her classic wire wrapped styles with new stones and styles in just in time to celebrate! Let Angela help you find the perfect piece for your jewelry collection!

 

"Moonlight" by Mary White

 Starry Door County skies, fields of flowers, and the waters of Lake Michigan populate Mary White’s newest textured landscape paintings. Canvases large and small are filled with inspirations from the natural beauty where White lives. Mary’s distinctive imagination captures Door County in a truly unique way. Mary has taken up an artists residency at our new location in downtown Egg Harbor absorbing the the exciting energy of the new space!


"All Ears" by Lisbeth Quebe Lizbeth Quebe’s oil paintings capture the capture the personality of her subject whether it be a cow, a stunning pastoral landscape, or even an old car. She is inspired by the quickly changing light of a landscape and the rich hues that only a fall can bring. Her beautifully framed pieces capture snapshots of life- come by and see her new collection!

We are happy to have Mike Judy back in the county and his work here at Plum Bottom. His playful pieces are full of color and life with hints of Door County hidden throughout. See his latest still life pieces with hidden sail boats in the distance.

To visit our Plum Bottom Road location, go 15 minutes north of Sturgeon Bay or 5 minutes south of Egg Harbor on Scenic Hwy 42 then east on Plum Bottom Road (1 mile) to 4999 Plum Bottom Rd.
