Wendy Lokensgard is a self-taught, award-winning Wisconsin pastelist. Lokensgard utilizes an expressionistic style, always seeking to use color to convey a particular feeling. Her favorite subjects include landscapes and seascapes. When she is not behind the easel, she enjoys cooking any and all international food, hiking, watching old movies, and reading classic literature.
