Scott Allen is originally from Michigan where he received his BFA in graphic design from Central Michigan University. He continued his studies in Georgia at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Allen spent many summers growing up at his family cottage on the water in northern Michigan and that environment was a major influence in his paintings.

Scott Allen's work is based on a combination of various styles: Abstract, Cubism, Impressionism, but the one constant is color (and lots of it). His paintings are bright and vibrant and will hopefully bring a sense of joy and calm to the viewer. He enjoy creating inspired and beautiful paintings from the bottom of my soul. Each one of his paintings reflects my feelings, sensitivity, and passion, not to mention his love for the water. He loves to express the beauty, harmony, and spirit of the world in his paintings (and a nice sunset never hurt anyone!)
