Frederic Sage's passion for jewelry began when he was exposed to the industry as a child. His father, an importer of precious gemstones for over forty years, passed many years of expertise to Frederic. He expanded his knowledge in the industry when he attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City where he studied Art History and Textile Design. Upon graduating, he was given the opportunity to design for a leading textile manufacturer. With a unique perspective and an eye for color, Frederic created designs that we distributed both domestically and internationally. During that time, he traveled to over 50 countries and lived in major cities such as Milan, Paris, Barcelona, and Lisbon. He eventually left a successful career in textiles to pursue his childhood dream of designing and creating fine jewelry.

Standard Orders

Jewelry

$8 for the first item, $2 for each additional item. If your order includes both jewelry and other items, it will be calculated under Standard Shipping.

Fine Jewelry

All fine jewelry is shipped as a signature required and insured package via UPS for $95, $10 for each additional item.

Ornaments

$10 for the first item, $3 for each additional item. If your order includes both ornaments and other items, it will be calculated under Standard Shipping.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

To ship to more than one address, please place a separate order for each address or call us 920-393-7885

When to Expect Your Order

Please expect your order to ship within 4 business days. Some items will ship directly from the artists and delivery times will vary. You will be notified if your item is shipping directly from the artist. Once your order ships, you will receive up to date tracking information via email. If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or call the gallery at 920-393-7885.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup on all items at our Plum Bottom Road location.

Returns

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of receiving it (with the exception of special orders.) Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund within 7 – 10 days of the gallery receiving the items on your original form of payment used to place the order. All returns must be mailed to the address below and must be insured for the value of the items in the package. Return shipping is the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

Your replacement order will not be mailed until we receive your return. There are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders. If your exchange costs more than the original order, you must pay the difference. If your exchange costs less than the original order, you will receive the difference in the form of a store credit that is redeemable online and in-store.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your package and items within three days of receiving. If your items are damaged, please call 920-393-7885 as soon as possible so we can arrange to have the package inspected. Please keep all of the original packing materials. Any damage reported after three days of receiving the package will be dealt with at the gallery’s discretion.

Gifts

We realize that the 14-day return window may not be feasible for gifts and we will accept gift returns within an extended time frame. If you return a gift, you will receive a store credit that is redeemable online and in store.

Order Cancellations

Any order (except special orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please email orders@plumbottomgallery.com. You will receive your refund on the same form of payment used to place your order. Your refund will be processed the next business day, though it may take 7 – 10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
