About the Artist
Kinga Vnuk
Kinga E. Vnuk is a contemporary fine artist whose vibrant paintings celebrate the fleeting magic of light, water, and atmosphere. A member of the Oil Painters of America, the Pastel Society of America, and the League of Milwaukee Artists, Kinga is largely self-taught, relying on intuition and a deep natural ability to translate sensory experiences directly onto the canvas.
Specializing in oils, acrylics, and pastels, Kinga’s signature style marries contemporary Impressionism with rich, tactile brushwork. Inspired heavily by the distinct shores and shifting light of Door County, she utilizes a heightened, saturated palette to reveal a brilliant spectrum of color that invites the viewer completely into the scene. When she isn't in her studio, Kinga enjoys life at home in Wisconsin with her husband, children, and their cats.
